Diego dalla Palma Contouring Master Class virtual event

CONCEPT

A Contouring Master Class Live press event for Diego dalla Palma Milano was held on Marsaana’s Instagram, @marsaana for influencers, editors and consumers in March 2020. The aim of the live event was to build awareness for Diego dalla Palma’s Full Face Palette - one of the Finnish importer Camilla Aho Ltd’s best sellers. The key message was to show influencers, editors and consumers how versatile and easy the palette was to use, and educate viewers on the basics of contouring.

OUR ROLE

Our goal was to drive traffic to importer Camilla Aho Ltd’s webstore as well as promote @diegodallapalma_finland’s Instagram account. The 30 minute long Contour Master Class was held on Marsaana’s Instagram profile, @marsaana together with professional makeup artist Kati Mouhu. Mouhu, also known as Kauneuskuningatar (The Beauty Queen) was signed to host the live event by demonstrating contouring using the Full Face Palette. Camilla Aho Ltd took part in the live event chat from @diegodallapalma_finland’s Instagram account by answering questions from viewers.

We executed a multilevel invitation and advertisement process. Invitations were sent via email, Instagram direct messages, and sponsored content on Instagram.

RESULTS

The Contouring Master Class went live on the 2nd of April at 12:00p.m and had 170-200 people viewing it live. Within 24 hours after the live, it had been viewed just short of a 1000 times. Of all the people viewing the Master Class live, about 14% placed a pre-order for the Full Face Palette on www.diegodallapalmamilano.fi.
